- Storage service: DocShipper offers storage services, a valuable option to consider, particularly when purchasing from multiple vendors, as it allows you to organize your orders and save on future shipping costs. Our goal is to provide high-quality services while minimizing logistics expenses whenever possible.
- Export declaration and FOB: Our team will transport your goods to the departure port or airport for the export declaration process. This is a mandatory procedure for international transportation, in which local authorities (customs) must be notified of departures from the country. Our team handles this process directly in designated areas of the port or airport.
- Packaging service: Asian suppliers often do not meet international shipping standards, making it difficult for them to work with companies like Amazon. At DocShipper, we ensure that all shipments are properly packaged according to international standards, including using cartons, bags, wooden boxes, and palletization.
- Obtaining licenses and certificates: The process of obtaining licenses and certificates can be tedious and time-consuming when buying in Asia due to international standards, especially when dealing with foreign languages. DocShipper assists clients through the process, provides guidance, and ensures all necessary documents are in order before shipment. In case of a supplier's inability to provide the required documents, we advise clients to reach out to us for help in finding a new provider.

- Entry and exit management: When goods are received, our specialized team will properly store them on shelves according to their reference, creating an organized and easily accessible inventory. Additionally, DocShipper’s database is constantly updated to show clients the real-time movement of their inventory, giving them visibility on what goes in and out of their stock.
- Preparation of orders: Clients provide orders with the necessary information, through spreadsheets or email. Once received, DocShipper will begin preparing the order. Depending on the order, DocShipper may also offer a consolidation service to help clients group and combine smaller orders into a larger one. This can help save on shipping costs and reduce the number of shipments.
- Reconditioning: DocShipper is dedicated to maintaining a positive image and ensuring the quality of final products. In some cases, suppliers may package products together, but DocShipper will repackage and organize them based on characteristics to ensure maximum safety during shipping. The costs for this reconditioning are already included in the management fees for incoming and outgoing products.
- Delivery: Thanks to our strategic location, DocShipper is able to provide fast and affordable delivery across Europe. We also offer services for clients outside of Europe.
- Storage: DocShipper's 3PL service includes a storage service to support the supply chain. Products will be strategically stored to optimize order preparation.
- Note: The stock does not belong to DocShipper, we are only responsible for arranging service providers for our clients.
- Returns management: DocShipper offers return services, allowing products to be returned to their original state prior to delivery. Clients have the option to choose between two return policy options: ECO (basic return management) or PREMIUM (advanced return management).
